Nobody pick the phone on the given landline number, incoming facility is not there on the given mobile number & last but not the least toll free number is invalid, from where the hell a customer can complain about the product

Actully my R o machine not filtter water then i hire mechanice than he reapir and change the filtter box .again my machine out of service .
Mechanic cheked and again problem of smc is not working....
He service charge 3000..i request to you give me response and Replace my machine. As soon as possible..
