This is in reference of my interview experience, which was scheduled for 11th of July. They declined my interview in the third round saying that you couldn't sit for the interview If you had appeared for the interview six months, and it has almost been more than six weeks. I was constantly managing my resources to get interviewed on time. It has just ruined the image of the company, and it might happen with other candidates too. The inner politics of your company has just taken a toll on my mental health. Declining interview at the last moment where you have cleared all the rounds and you were just going to appear for the managerial. For them it might be quite appropriate but for a job seekers it gets difficult to deal with this.
After clearing my second round they Straightforwardly told your interview for third round is declined which is really disappointing.
The name of the interviewer was Harish and Sunny. Then my interview was declined by the manager of your company and I don't remember the exact name, I guess it's Ana Rusa something or starts with letter A only.
