Pathetic management by Mahi Machama:

Hi this is mahi Machama this side. I have been working in this company at BPO from last 1month and 2 weeks but I haven’t received the salary yet. I asked them to credit my salary so they told me to wait for 7 days and now it’s been 12 days and there is no response from there.
They say while training that you will get salary on last date of month but every thing is a lie. I have been chasing them for my salary but still haven’t received yet. I told them I won’t work till I get salary. But yes once I get salary then from the next day it self I will continue but still they don’t regret that how wrong the management is. They think that it’s a good company but this company need to read there comments on google that how pathetic this company is with there way or working and salary stuff.
On a daily basis they ask us to work for at-least 9 to 10 hours but on each Monday we are forced to work for 12 hours and that to be without any hike in salary for that each Monday extra hours.
So dear HCL this is not a way of working if you can’t provide salary time to time to an employee then why a employee will work for your firm dedicatedly. Neither TL and nor HR feel some responsibility against the employee. The employee is working only for salary but without salary every employee is just going to work forcefully and at the end you firm will be facing issue.

Shivam Pandey, your HR given me one one Railway Board doc for typing work and said in 20 days you have to complete it. Then we will pay 30000 for 100 pages. If you complete it before 15 then we will pay you extra 4000 rs. When I completed the doc in 8 days and shared him. He is connected with Salary sept. One Rohit. He is asking for 15% commission to pay the salary amount. Means 34000.
