Dear Sir/Madam,
Sorry to say that I have given a Gionee mobile handset Model G3 (under Job no-04) at Techno Solution, Babupatty.,Jorhat. Cnt no-7002100613 for repairing my broken touch on 23/3/18 but after waiting for 36days, they have not handover my cell yet now and also not responding my request. They give lots of excuse... Just like stock nil, Recv broken prats from warehouse .same issues has given in 3times . Is this your service setup? How customers trust in your services?
So cordially request you Pls look this matter and arrange to handover my cell with new touch within 2days.

I gave my son's gionee phone for LCD replacement on 1.8.2018 at gionee service center at itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. But till date the service center coulnot deliver the phone stating that the LCD parts are not at all available in entire India.
Sir, is it true that the LCD parts is not available in India? Because, if it is true, I would like to throw the phone so that I may present a new one to my son.
Please kindly inform me.
