I purchased Dell laptop three months back from the Dell exclusive store as my OS Windows 8.1 original software get corrupted and I stay in village my friends reloaded pirated version.my teacher at college told me that it is new laptop and purchased from exclusive Dell store and only three months old it will be covered by warranty and a new OS Windows 8.1 or 10 will be reloaded.
