The leading multinational conglomerate company Samsung is the pride of South Korea. Its headquarters is in Samsung Town Seoul. The founder Mr. Lee Byung-Chu in 1938 started it as a trading company. From a small enterprise it has grown into one of the leading MNC. It has a number of subsidiaries united under the Samsung brand. In the late 1960s Samsung stepped into the electronics industry with a vision that it will be the driving force behind its future growth.Since 1990s Samsung has increasingly globalized its activities and electronics particularly mobile phones have become its torch bearer.
