hi There
this is Harjeet Kaur. my friend Suvarna send my parcel from mumbai to punjab to my parents home. the parcel has reached in dtdc office yesterday mukerian ditrict hoshiarpur, 144211. but instead of delivering that parcel they are saying come and pick it up. my parents are old and sick they can' t go there. i talked to that person yesterday 10/10/22 and he said ...he will deliver but he did not. i am going to attach his contact no.9417587146. the parcel address is balbir singh s/o diwan singh
new dana mandi, kishanpura mohalla ,ward no.13 mukerian Hoshiarpur Punjab. i want to make a complaint against him. what does parcel means if we still need to come and pick it up. please take required action agains them that would be appreciated.
