Bad service and ignorance - unable to avail warranty period facility by Pavan Ghodekar:

I am having Sail UVA car
Car No: MH12 JU9379
Purchased in April 2013
Facing problem of AC diffuse knob since last 4 months.
I have sent my Car to Singh Motors service for the same thrice.
But nothing happened.
After keeping consistent follow up with Mr Vittal (8888880450) so many times, I felt strong ignorance and later on I got reference of Ms Dipti (8888880402) and
When It was told that I was going to keep the car in service centre only, then an action of company verification was done.
And again Coordinated with the person named Mr Vittal (8888880450)
Temporarily repairing was done and car was handed over to me.
Witin 2-3 weeks same problem persist.
This Time Mr Vittal told to call Ms Dipti (8888880402). She was called on 22.07.15 for the same subject. At this time it was told that warranty manager is behind the same and will get an approval in coming 5 days and she was supposed to keep me informed about the same. But alas, nothing happened, I called her on 03.08.15...agian...no reply.
I got the reference of another number of Mr Aniruddha (8888880402) and I told him about complete history and he assured that he will inform me about complete update. And surprisingly he reverted by saying that that faulty part for AC , replacement approval is received from their warranty manager and they will procure the part by 08.08.15 and Mr Aniruddha will let me know accordingly.
Again....unfortunately nothing happened. How bad ignorance is this. Why chevrolet is assuring us about 3 years of warranty?
When I called him today by awaiting a lot, Mr Aniruddha replied that he will get update and let me know today only within 2 hours. Again I did not get a call from him and I called him, again he said that till time update is not received and will let me confirm about the procurement.
Fortunately I got a call and Mr Aniruddha assured that company will send the perticular part by 21.08.15 and he will give me call to collect the vehicle on the same day.
How irritating and embarrassing is this. It seems that Singh motors has no need of costumers by facing such type of service.
Hopping for better service and cooperation from Singh Motors please.
