I'll bought a new car beat cheverolet to shiva motor vaoshali ki mein bhul gya kuch in last september.
company gives me a car documents.
I this document company gives me a fake document of Insuarance policy.
My car is accident on this month. and I'm submitted my car in shiva motor to a claim on dated. 14/08/2017
When company worker Shameem to apply a claim for my car on a bajaj allianz. then bajaj alliamz said to shameem this policy is rejected and its fake ok.
so give me a original policy.
so shameem called me and he say sir your policy is rejected.
then m ask him why this policy is reject whts the reason then shameem say said to me sir I don't know whats the matter. U talk to dealer which placed u buy it. then i m going in shiva motor vaishali. then these company workers said me its our fault and reason is payment not received to a insaurance company. Its the reason.that time shiva motor company said me sir ots our fault ur damage car we are repaired it and we are buy a new policy for u. but today is 25 august company is not do any work on my car me and today company we are not do anything you please collect your same in damage condition and we are not buy a any type of policy.
so please Shiva motor owner solve my this problem.
