    I had given my chrvorlet sail uva for paid service on 17 jun 2015 at muttom geeyam ,vehile details : model 11/2012 kilometer readings 19863 ; reg no csud csudls414/27-nov-12 , supervisor vineesh venu (9995117707 , 9847403176)
    reported 1. change wiper blades; reply: no stock 2. do wheel alignment ; reply: 3d wheel alignment system complaint. 3.music system not working ; result : scratches on dashboard near music system , ac vent border broken . reply ; no warranty repair at local electronics service center ..

    sir you have any solution regarding this .. do you think your service is excellent , better I should go to local workshop

    Sir,

    Sorry to disturb you again ,( Serious Issue ;Regarding complaint given against chervolet service on 20/06 ).

    I am a teacher , working at engineering institution in Kerala , that does not mean that I don't know anything about a vehicle. As the result of my last complaint , Yesterday 1/07/2015, two people from Chevrolet service center ( geeyem, muttom- cochin, kerala ) came to my home and took the vehicle to the service station.By evening 8.00 PM they returned the vehicle and told that they have done the wheel alignment and leakage of water at drivers boot and they charged Rs 550. They didn't provided me any proof like bill,service report etc. and when I called the concern person for bill, they told the computer is damage for printing bill. I have recorded this conversation also ( in malayalam, our native language).

    After delivery, once I checked the vehicle, I found the following issues:

    1. When I started the vehicle , I found diesel smell and when I opened the engine room, I found diesel leakage. This problem was not there before giving the vehicle for service and I am afraid that they CHANGED any engine parts. I haven't reported any complaints on engine side or diesel pump and I wonder why they repaired something on engine room which results in diesel leakage. Also, I won't believe that a vehicle which ran only 20400 kms will start showing diesel leakage without doing any major repairs on engine compartment.I am afraid that these people are taking revenge on me since I complained about them at managerial level,may be I am wrong. When I called the service person to report this complaint, the same people who took the car, came back and tried to repair but nothing happens and the leak is existing. They told that they have to change a washer and I was asked to take the vehicle to service station again.

    2. I found a scratch on left side bumper after delivering the vehicle. I don't know whether the person who was sent from service station to take the vehicle, knows driving. Once I asked about it, they denied. Anyway, I have taken photos of the vehicle before giving to service and so I can prove it,if required. I am hereby attaching those photos also. When I told about the scratch on left bumper and photo proofs,they denied
    and told me as follows : "You go ahead and complaint , I do not have any problem , the company will cut salary from those Driver / service person , who drive the car from service station to my home , and with that they do the Paint job".I wonder why these people are talking irresponsible to customers, while most of other service centers are treating customers as King,


    3. On my last service, they had tried to remove the audio player for repairing and made some scratches on the nearby plastic and the player was not positioned properly.This time also, they tried to remove audio player for servicing and scratched again and I am attaching those photos also. Once I searched in internet, I found that removing the audio player is such an easy task and may be the service persons may not have proper knowledge about this. Please ask them to refer the following video link in youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W1isVHZv3Jo and that may be helpful for them in future.They also broken the AC vent plastic last time and once I asked the concerned person,he told that it is very costly and I have to pay for that to get it replaced. He asked me to bring the vehicle there tomorrow again for correcting these issues.

    Finally, I have to pay extra for the paint job as well as for the broken AC vent only because I gave my vehicle for servicing on this service station ( geeyem, muttom- cochin, kerala )

    Sir, I don't want to cut anybody's salary , or terminate anybody from the job . I don't have any complaint about anybody. I don't like somebody to lose their job because of me.
    Anyway I cannot trust Chevrolet geeyem service center at muttam, aluva anymore , because all damages stated above are made by them , and the result is I have to pay for that . Also, I have to hear their sentimental blackmailing .. If you are still ready to care a customer like me , please refer me to a good true service center.. but I cannot pay for the damages made by your service people.. or can you provide an extended warranty ?

    I feel difficulty to recommend anybody to buy Chevrolet vehicles ,"" THANK YOU SIR"
    You know something sir ?, Chevrolet is the most selling vehicle in china and least selling at India., I believe because of very poor service and poor interaction with customer here.
