Hi,
I am Hemant Giri, I own Chevy Beat Diesel LS variant. In the month of July I have received a recall letter from GM-Chevrolet regarding some modification require with battery cable for the cars manufactured and sold in 2011. I have approached to Globus Motocorp to get the modification done but issue is still persist, When I try to start my car that's take more time than it should be also my console digital clock reset again n again. The repair done on 12th July 2015, I herewith attached copy of invoice. I again approached to Globus Motocorp on 4th Aug 2015 and informed them the issue still not resolved they again did something on my car. But no improvement and issue still persist.
I look forward support from Chevrolet team as I am not getting proper response from Globus. I want to highlight Gaurav (Globus supervisor assigned to me) was very cooperative but I think the service team do not have expertise to resolve the issue. I am not sure how frequently Chevrolet team provide training to service team. Please improve your service quality.
