Non transfer of my Den Box Number 0002 1171 8564 by Naveen:

Dear Sir,
I was using service on above card number in Unnao Indiara Nagar Area.
Now I have been transferred from Unnao to Kanpur.
I wish to install service in Banda Area.
Inspite of several call to service provider of above mentioned address at Unnao. The said box not still transferred to this location.
Therefore, you are requested to instruct service provider to transfer box at the earliest.
