    Complain for misbehavior of an apple store employee by Mohsin khatri:

    Dear Sir,

    It is to inform you that we had purchased an I phone 7 plus on 2nd of January, 2017 from U.A.E., EMI No. 353819083883815 That phone got damaged and the display of the phone is no more in working condition.
    When I went to the Apple Service Centre situated in Himalaya Mall on 10th of January, 2017, your employee sitting on the executive counter no.3, Mr. PARTH gave me totally wrong information and not behaved appropriately with us.
    Your employee said us that as we have purchased the Iphone from U.A.E. so no sim card other than that of U.A.E. will work in it. However we have already checked that sim card purchased from India was also working in it.
    He told me that we have to expense Rs.16500 for repairing the damaged display and I agreed to it. As far as I know Apple gives another phone for use until the damaged phone is repaired but your employee Mr._PARTH told me that as the phone has been physically damaged, no alternative phone can be given to me, then also I agreed. I agreed to every condition he said.
    But then he said that there are 99% chances that your phone will not be repaired and will be locked and sim cared will not wotk in it. Then he said that if such things happens then the sole responsibility will be of yours and he or Apple are not responsible for that. Now, sir please tell me what is the connection between display screen and sim card ? Mobile is already unlocked and there is no need to break the lock. The phone is with full international warranty.
    So, sir your employee gave us the totally wrong information and also threatened us that phone will have to be sent back to U.A.E.
    Summing up all things, I am unsatisfied with services provided by that employee.
    Because of this behavior of your employee a wrong impression is created in the mind of customers about Apple. We expect you to take the clear and necessary steps against this employee.
