My mobile is not functioning well. Signal problems are the main issue. It was hot when I surf it for 10/15 minutes.
No response even after 20 days of handed over of mobile phone for repair at customer care centre at Tarakeswar by Arun Kumar Santra:

I, Sri Arun Kumar Santra, using Samsung mobile phone for more than two years noticed that the phone is not working properly and went to Samsung Customer service centre at Tarakeswar for repair on 30.05.20.
The support staff checked the mobile and confirmed that the mobile will get repaired by one or two weeks and also confirmed that whatever development during the time will be intimidated. Meanwhile during the middle of this month I spontaneously enquired the development and visited the centre which is nearly 30 km away from my home. But the service staff confirmed the the Mobile phone yet not ready. During this time they didn't even communicate about the development of the repair.
This is my only android mobile phone. Nowadays everybody knows the importance of the same.
Under this circumstances, you are requested to take appropriate staps against unprofessional staff engaged Samsung customer care atcentre at Tarakeswar.
Really, it became miserable being a senior citizens to lodge a complaint against a well known brand's customer support.
