    Sir,
    I am writing it as an individual consumer because of the format but it is an issue affecting the entire community. Before addressing the issue in details, I would like to document the efforts done from my side. I contacted the sakri JEE. He has given me project Guy no. I talked to him and whatever my experience it was I communicated to JEE once again. I also contacted to the SDO (AEE Sakri) too. All three officials have acknowledged my concern. I really thankful of your team for acknowledging my concern and hope the way you have acknowledge the issue it will be resolved in same manner.
    My concerns are
    1-The wire running in my village is very old. It has not been changed for very long. It is dangerous and it could lead to any unwanted situation.
    2-Because of such a poor cabling it must have loss of energy.
    3-It could damage home appliances of consumer like us.
    4-Because cabling hasn't completed yet (It supposed to be done much earlier. Some part of my village it is there. In spite of the fact that the no of household would not be more than 100 it is not being completed.) there is no meter installed in premises mostly. You can imagine the revenue loss of the company. Because it is a public entity ultimately it is our loss.

    I just wanted to know who would be responsible for any unwanted event. For the suffering of consumer. because of not getting safe and quality electricity, the damages of home appliances, the loss of energy that has a direct relation with environment and a huge revenue loss of the company.
    Note-My village is located not more than a km from Sakri sub division office of NBPDCL.
    I am assuming you will take it seriously and resolve the issue

    I am very said, to see the road conditions of Bihar. Only one hour distance from ekchari to Bhagalpur. However, we have expended four to five hours, only administration problem no traffic rule no road rules,truck where parked here and there. One person loading the gitti in truck on the way.
