    Olden days no online data for land records, since passbooks are used. Why passbooks today mandatory, though ROR & Adangal present online. In MRO office corruption cannot reduced.

    sir, inspite of several letters and even after personal attendance the dept. is not responding. sir, i have an house acquired by way of registration, all the taxes paid to municipal authorities such as land tax, house tax, electricity bills, water tax etc., recently in the year 2016 the dept stopped the registrations on enquiry they told that your survey no. is in 43(10) register hence registrations were stopped. may i know how an entry in that register was noted when I am having link documents since 1931. please solve my case.

    Sub: Non payment of salaries and dues for the month of December 2108 from M/S MSwipe Technologies Pvt Ltd .

    We the employees of MSwipe Technologies Pvt Ltd have not received our Salaries for the month of December 2018 and before that too in some cases.Our attendance and performance reports are being fudged to pay us less and benefit the company.The non-commital and rude behaviour of the company is taking a toll on our personal , professional and financial well being .

    We are grid locked as we have not been given our salaries and not relieved in written to apply for positions in other companies. Some of us are sole bread winners of the families.

    So , we as a team have decided to approach you for an amicable solution to both the parties.

    Please take some resolute action right now to help us move on from this phase in our professional lives.
