    My Name is Rakesh Bali and I have been residing at B-465 Greenfields Colony Faridabad -121001 Haryana for past 15 years.
    Sir past 8 years we have been facing low voltage issue and we have almost approached all the electricity offices of Faridabad but no luck.
    Air-conditioners do not work at all in summers and it becomes extremely difficult to actually stay at home.
    Please help us get proper voltage otherwise we will move out Faridabad as we cannot tolerate such cruelty.

    Dear Sir,
    May, I, in all humility, seek your kind permission to bring to your kind notice my frustration, anguish and dissatisfaction due to the inherent flaws in the policies governing orders regarding One time Settlement Scheme (OTSS).
    Sir, I had been allotted 8 marla plot No. 3329 in Sector 56-56A, Faridabad on 8th November, 2010. I paid all the instalments of this plot well within the time-schedule. After this the enhancement amount of 5 lac 90 thousand was declared for payment. This enhancement amount was also paid by me on 11.4.2018 after taking loan from my relatives. On 5th May, Haryana Government announced OTSS i.e. 40% relief for those allottees who have not yet paid the enhancement amount. The time was fixed from 15.5.2018 to 15.07.2018. But no instructions were issued regarding those allottees who had already paid the full amount either by taking loan from relatives or otherwise in order to avoid 15% interest.
    Sir, I appreciate the OTSS, but this one time policy is based on a factual incorrect ground. The 40% relief should be refunded to all those allottees also who had already paid the full enhancement amount.
    I had requested the Estate Officer, Faridabad, HUDA and also registered on Grievance Portal of HUDA for refunding the 40% rebate to me but till date I have not received any reply. I humbly plead that we should be treated as equal allottees and be refunded the 40% amount.
    Prayer
    Hon'ble Sir, in view of the submission made here in above, I beseech upon your goodself and humbly pray again that OTSS scheme may kindly be extended to all such persons (allottees) who had already paid the full amount of enhancement fee and the 40% rebate should be refunded to them.
    Necessary instructions should be issued to all Estate Officers of HUDA in this regard. These benefits should be extended to all allottee.
    I shall ever remain grateful for this act of kindness.

    I have filed complaint on CM window on 11.06.2018 against illegal construction done by house nos. 147 & 148 of sethi enclave, Ambala city, Haryana.
    On enquiry, it was proved that both the residents have encroachment on the government land.
    inspite of several follow up till the encroachment is not removed.
    I prayed to Look on the above matter and remove the illegal encroachment as early as possible.
