ਬੇਨਤੀ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ 20 ਕੁ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲੇ, ਪਲਾਟ ਨੰਬਰ 145 ਸੀ 200 ਗਜ ਬੁਲੰਦਪੁਰ ਇਨਕਲੇਵ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਰੀਟਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਡਰਾਅ ਰਾਹੀ ਅਲਾਟ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਪੇਮੈਂਟ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਅਜ ਤਕ ਦੇਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਸਾਈਟ ਕੋਈ ਸਹੀ ਅਪਰੋਚ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ।ਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਉੱਥੇ ਜੰਗਲ ਜਾੜ ਹੀ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਉਥੇ ਘਰ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁਦੇ ਸਾਂ ਪਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਪਨੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸੀ ।
ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਮੇਰੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਪਲਾਟ ਦੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਬੇਟੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਮਹਿਕਮੇ ਵਲੋ ਚਾਰ ਲਖ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਨਾਨ-ਉਸਾਰੀ ਫੀਸ ਮੰਗੀ ਗਈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਅਸੀ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਮਰਥ ਹਾਂ । ਹੁਣ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਪਣੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਰਕਮ ਵਿਆਜ ਸਮੇਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਮਹਿਕਮਾ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪੇਮੈਂਟ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹੈ ਤੇ ਨਾਨ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਫੀਸ ਜਮਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਜੀ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਏ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਾਈਟ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਵੇਲੇ ਕਿਉ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਈ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਸਹੀ ਅਪਰੋਚ ਕਿਉ ਨਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਾ ਇਹ ਜਮੀਨ ਕਿਸੇ ਚਹੇਤੇ ਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਇਕਵਾਇਰ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ? ਸਭ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਮਿਟੀ ਹੋਏ ਪਏ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜ ਵੀ ਉਥੇ ਜੰਗਲ ਜਾੜ ਹੀ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਖੀਰ ਚ ਸਾਡੀ ਫਿਰ ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਸਹਿਤ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਾਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਨਾਨ-ਉਸਾਰੀ ਫੀਸ ਮਾਫ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਲਾਟ ਦੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਏ ਜਾਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਰਕਮ ਵਿਆਜ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਏ।

Query on NOC for within Ludhiana Municipal Limits by Inder Preet Singh:

I want to purchase a plot in New Professor Colony which comes under Ludhiana Municipal Corporation. I will be required to have NOC from buyer or not. This is my first query.
My second query is why it is required when the colony is very old i. e. 1986. Still I require NOC.
If yes then why the rates are so high as compared to GLADA.
I will be waiting response for my queries .

I applied for NOC for regularisation of plot one month and 10 days ago in dharamkot distt moga . But still my file is in process . As ur order Noc released after 21 days of application but in our distt ur orders are not followed . So pls do the needful . My phone no is 9464902143.
