It is one of the renowned Universities established in Arunachal Pradesh state of India. The University was brought up by the New Delhi based NGO called World Institute Building Program. For establishing this educational center a bill was passed in the Assembly. It is a private University that focused in promoting quality education and uplifting the backward section against other privileged group of the society.
The University aims to provide 25 free medical seats to the state. It is recognized at Ziro. Former chief minister Jarbom Gamlin, was one of the eminent people who participated in the discussion and helped in shaping the idea of University. The college strives to launchnew chances in higher learning sector. The University provides array of courses to students and offers them wonderful opportunity to select the course of their choice.
The infrastructure of the University is kept simple but is upgraded with latest technologies and has various facilities in the vicinity to provide comfortable settings.
