I already filled 32 convocation registration form which control no is 446418 to post my certificate to address ATC, INS utkrosh, JUNGLIGHAT, port Blair - 744103 bcoz I am not present in kochi and my RC is kaloor, Cochin. But still my certificate is not come to me. I regularly calling to RC kaloor, kochi but nobody picked up my phone. I had send them email also.
So please send my certificate on my given address.
