Warranty for toshiba external harddisk by Linus pannmeih:

I bought toshiba 2tb external harddisk which has three years warranty. My harddisk stops working within one year and the harder come when the service center is no where to be found. So, please tell me where is the toshiba service center nearest to shillong and guwahati. All the toshiba service centers that google shows say they are not dealing with toshiba harddisk.
