2.system start hone me kafi time lag rha hai or system normaly start nahi ho rha hai or start hone k time boot menu dikha raha hai.

I have purchased Toshiba LED TV 29" dated on 25 june 2014 model no.29P2305ZE,by tarang showroom at arera colony bhopal.
but we are facing last two years tvs working problem or many times we call and visit customer service office.before one year 2015 engineer already tv changed with new tv.but again this tv service issue continue.
your engineer Thursday visit at home and not resolve the issue.
we are many times call him or follow up.but no getting response.
now i want to free your service kindly refund my tv purchased money or change the tv.
