Today i went for RRR afternoon show. At the time of interval ,I ordered large popcorn bucket nd 2 ice tea. I asked the person on counter about details of mega combo.He was very rude in replying nd wasnt bothered to look at me while replying. When I objected thn he said" I didn't ask you to come here... i m least bothered if you don't purchase.... persons name is Sushil or mahesh (m not sure)..he was on left counter frm front.

Hi Team,
We have booked 9 tickets for the movie Tiger 3, my daughter wants to carry there own lays packet 2 for the movie. But nobody is giving the permission to take inside. I respect your policy, but sometimes for kids policy can be ignored, we are going to enjoy the evening, and if my kids will not fulfill it will disappoint from my side.

Me and my wife experienced the worst experience of watching flim due to stinky smell inside the whole theatre hall the seats where not functioning at all whole theatre can be seen with fallen popcorn on whole floor and it was so unhygienic also the flim started 15 mins later so shameful
