आज भी उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार कहीं ना कहीं अपनी स्वच्छ व्यवस्थाओं में चूकती हुई नजर आती है आज भी कई ऐसे क्षेत्र हैं जहां पर ना तो नालियों को पूर्ण रूप से सही किया गया ना ही सड़कों पर सरकार का ध्यान पहुंच पा रहा है कई गलियों की सड़कें चीख चीख कर अपने वजूद के बारे में बताती हैं पर वोट बटोरने वाले सभासद इन चीजों को सुन नहीं पाते आखिर कब स्वच्छ भारत अभियान अपने स्वच्छ होने पर गर्व करेगा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार जहां तमाम बेहतर व्यवस्थाएं करने में लगा हुआ है वही कुछ सभासद सरकार के मंसूबों पर कालिख पोतने मैं कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ते
ऐसा ही एक मामला बकरा मंडी क्षेत्र के 33 नंबर वार्ड वासियों के सामने एक चुनौती बनकर खड़ा हुआ है जहां पर हर सवेरे यही उम्मीद में होते हैं की शायद आज हमारे वार्ड की दुर्दशा सही होगी ना तो वार्ड मैं पाइपलाइन की व्यवस्था की गई और ना ही नालियों को ढका गया है जिसके कारण पूरे क्षेत्र में मच्छरों की भरमार रहती है टूटी हुई रोडो में आए दिन छोटे-मोटे हादसे होते रहते हैं केवल हरित झांसी स्वच्छ झांसी के बोर्ड लगा लेने से स्वच्छता हासिल नहीं हो जाती उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को जमीनी स्तर पर गौर करना चाहिए और ऐसे लोगों पर सख्त कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए जो केवल कुर्सियां तोड़ने के लिए बैठे हैं
