Dear sir/ madam
sir my name is chandan modi i had orderered one a line kurti on 27/08/19 and i got same at my residence but due to oversize i requested snapdeal to change my product, mY request was accepted and mr sachin yadav from your snap deal came to me to replace my product on 28/08/19 mr sachin ( MOBILE 8109577682) collected my kurti and promised me that he will send another kurti of my size withen seven working days but uptill now i am waiting for my kurti i havent recieved any call or any message from snapdeal side , i tried dialing number of mr sachin yadav but unfortunately his number is coming switch off continueousely
therefore i would like to request you to please look into my matter serousely and return my product to me for which i already paid .

I was looking for a business start up and by this time i got cal from some number (PRANAV Kumar 7447019269 ) for a business start up as distributor in my area.
I asked him to get all the details of the company n he gave me gstin number, cin against pan card... And all where found to registered under the name snapdeal.
So i agreed to pay Rs 5000/-as refundable deposit amount as registration and all process.. As there was company offer for all process.
Leter on he registered me n gave me my registration no. , after registration he was asking to pay still more 5000/- as refundable deposit amt. Then I paid it day before yesterday 29.12.2020. And later his mobile was out of service. Til now no service only.
Can u pls look into this matter with high priority n revert me back.
