On 29/08/18 at Visakhapatnam I am parchess tamato rice in rail ahahr in Visakhapatnam railway station at 7.20 pm the tamato rice is very bed condition . At 8.30 open the package the rise is bed condition and not use for the eating.and customer service is not spotted. I am traveling at line exp take nussary action .and reply to me .

I am one of the passenger of Visakha train dated 13/03/2020 journey from palasa to guntur junction and couch S8 and seat 40 there is a fan problem and at the same time some where lights also at same couch but department are not responding such passengers problem. I had complained to some of TT and squards also at same moment they are asking money for this after also that they didn't respond it .
There is no words to say we are paying money but... Look this department doing this type of duty we are same full..

The consignement contains medicinal plants it reaches vishakapatnam on 22/3/2020.i approach vishakapatnam railway parcel office they are not allowing me to take my parcel.
