    transaction failed but money is debited from my account by manikanta:

    I have paid two times but two times the transaction is failed and money is debited from my account. Nobody is responding about my problem. The helpline numbers are no use because nobody is responding if i contacted to helpline numbers. I want my money. Refund my money 400 rupees.

    I was applying for the post of the village revenue officer for my brother (Aravind Lavang - TSCPSC ID - TS2201466417) in TSPSC website. During the process of application form submission payment through sbi epay, amount got deducted twice and application was not submitted successfully.
