Baba Ji, I am a SAS officer and my duties are to effect transparency and economy in expenditure and observe the financial discipline in the serving department but my Boss ignores me and the files are not routed through me for my comments. If some times these are routed, the advice rendered by me is set aside by my Boss and he does the things in his own way violating all the rules & regulations framed by the Govt. So, advise me Baba Ji that what should I do in these circumstances ? Whether I should report all this matter to Head of the department mentioning all the facts or should I be a mute spectator.

Gurdaspur district satsang ghar jathedarni name rani and driver name satnam both are harased middle age couple .jathedarni firstly said to couple after satsang your not sit in gurdaspur sewa bus because its seat problem but seat problem not ishu all the sadh sangat quilt and blanket in the bus seat .jathedarni not show humanity and harased to couple due winter time today 18 decmber after evening time.So I reqvest you baba g say something and warning all punjab district jathedar strictly action against this rude type jathedar and driver behaviour not good to sangat. I have some doubts ,my father in law my husband and me too r satsangi .but if my parental family has some Pooja at their home can we attend that or not I'm totally confused bcoz my husband says we can't do this and if we have marriage of our children can we do the rituals made by our ancestors. Please guide me .we r regular sewadar and devotee of dera .
