Today we visited the Mac store at Phoenix Market City, Pune between 3 to 3.46pm today.
The sales person informed us that there is a discount applicable on the plumping lip gloss. He mentioned that a credit note will be given to us of ₹575. The bill was generated and issued to us. After which another attendant came and said that the discount is not applicable as I have a Hdfc voucher and this is not applicable to our purchase.
Please check the records of the bills generated. Incase there needed to be a higher amount to be billed the attendants at the store should have mentioned the same.
I am unhappy with what has happened today at Mac. Please check and issue the required credit to me. Cash memo no. 20780
