I am Rajendra Kumar Gupta and having annuity No. 011M0131173675 and receiving the every Month pension Rs.2200/- in my ICICI A/c No. 025401513897 from Feb,2017 to onward, but recently I have observed the Amount Rs.2200/- is not being credit in my a/c from Feb,2022.

I would like to submit that gratuity amount has not been sent for last 4 months.
I had sent a speed post letter to this effect to the above office but still haven't received zny response.
I would request you to kindly look into the matter and resume payment of gratuity lumpsum amounting 4 × 3284 = 12136/- and Rs 3284/- from February 2023 per month.

An amount of Rs. 8,437.50 vide DD No. 878607 dt. 04.07.23 forwarded for Staff GSLI Contribution for the month of July 2023. But your bank decline to accept and given reason non cts. In view of the above please provide NEFT/RTGS details for fund transfer at the earliest so that we can transfer the amount otherwise our GSLI policy will be discontinue. An early action in this regards will be highly appreciated.
