With the great fear and dissappointment I am hereby reporting a mishap that happened with the bridgeston tyre which was placed on my innova. Date purchase 09/12/2017and that tym kilometers was 98000km
On 24th July 2019 when i was coming driving in my car along with my 5 family members from Shahapur highway and the rear left tyre wall suddenly burst at 80 kmph speed which could have lead to deadly accident. Fortunately i did not lost the control of the vehicle and avoided the bigger mishap that could have taken the toll of our lives.
Recovering from this I reported the incident to your advisor for the claim however got responce from him that such issue with side wall of the tyre are not covered for a claim.
The tyre hasnt even completed 2 years since its been replaced.
With around 21000 km completed with it.
I am deeply disapointed with the your executive negative responce and he is also not helping connecting with somebody senior who could help me with this as I know this malfunction has been convered for claim by other tyre companies and also it has to be handled by your company as well.
Though I have read some negative feedback related to your after sales service I still believe you would certainely help me out with this and maintain lifetime relationship with you as a customer.
