My courier number is 1951301498.
My courier arrived in Vrindavan on November 25, 2023, but it was delivered on November 29, 2023, after repeated calls and forced reminders to MADHUR COURIERS. My sister received the package as I was at my workplace at the time.On seeing the package, I found that half of my clothes, all my footwear, my eatables, 1 Milton thermos flask (brand new), and 1 Ezee bottle, i.e., items worth 8000-10000 are lost. Received clothes are also damaged. I have to again get them dry cleaned. The cartons were also partially opened. All my stuff was packed in plastic bag inside the carton and that is also cut. The luggage sent was 33kg while the received was around 15-20 kg.
When I called back to the person who was responsible for delivery, he was talking rudely and misbehaving, and after that, he was not picking up the call.
Either you take action by tomorrow and inform me regarding the same on the below-mentioned number, or I will file an FIR with the police regarding the same by tomorrow.

We are doing business in Coimbatore.. We booked parcel From Delhi to Coimbatore in Anjani courier.I didn't receive the parcel and I'm waiting the parcel for past 15days.Then we contact your Coimbatore branch we faced very worst response.Then we reach your Coimbatore office.we ask about our courier.They said very cool no service so we return your parcel.Its only 4kms from our office.I asked him why don't you call me and say that. He's telling we no won't call.At the same time another customer also shouting in that office he's also facing problem.They don't deliver at doorstep.For 4kms they won't deliver the parcel they why you gave your branch handling these kind of person.They are totally spoiling your courier name.Regularly we doing business in Delhi continuously parcel will come weekly 4 to 5 parcel.I totally disappointed.so kindly change the Coimbatore courier team.If they continue like this totally anjani courier damage and spoiled.Your branch in Rs puram and our address in peelamedu.Its only 4 kms away.very soon you will close the branch.if these guys run your branch here and your name also spoiler very soon.Many customers facing this problem.They are not deliver the parcel in doorstep . I think they just di delivery within 1km.veey worst service.
