When I try to Oyo customer service number,7866-82-4019/ and ask for a refund status, they will ask for all the details about the booking and ask me to be on hold, then there will be no response for the next 10-20 min. I will keep on asking "is there anyone" but no one will respond.
After 20 Min the call will be disconnected.
This is what happens to me for the last one week. They will just avoid the refund customer call and not do any refunds.
Do not trust OYO.
They are very BAD at service. They are cheaters.
