Dear Naaptol Team,
I am very disappoint from your delivery. I was order a orange juice before fivteen days I want to return my product.i am totally dissatisfied from product quality. I am calling again and from my Register mobile Num but naaptol agent are saying they are unable to check any details from this num while I was order my same Num. Before some days I format My mobile and losted to all naaptol order Sms. What I do in this situation. Nobody is listining My problem and again and again they are disconnecting My call. When j received naaptol product no packaging ,delivery boy given me a open delivery. I don't have my order num. Please help me. This is my first experience for naaptol. How is possible when I ordered my product and now I am calling my same Num everyone is unable to find my order details.
