I have purchased HP USB External DVDRW Drive ( Model no : GP70N, Sr No. CNH2054991 ), from Amazon on 10/05/22. Today on 22/05/22, it stopped working. ( Message is Medium is not present ). It stopped working in 12 days. Amazon return policy is closed. Please let us know what to do?
