    Extremely bad customer service,

    Dear Sir,

    I’m waiting to express my deepest concern about what happened with me in your Cairo festival mall outlet.
    I had bought three bar chairs for my house a little while ago and all my information is on the outlet computer system and before I pay for them the salesman assured for me that at any time I would need maintenance they would definitely do it and I should not have any worries what so ever, and that I don’t even have to assemble them or carry them they could do that for me for free, which I agreed only to have them assembled and carry them in my car.

    Reaching my car the worker handed me only one Alan key instead of three which was only the beginning.

    Less than a week later there was one black screw loose and kept falling every while, due to its missing knot and rose, and the same chair was loose from its rotating bearings part, unlike the other two chairs.

    That’s thanks to the careless untrained man power in this outlet.
    As I was near by I paid a visit to the same shop and I explained the situation to the salesman who assured me that at any of my few free time I have, I could bring the chair to any employee and they would be glad to assist me on the spot and without any receipts because there is a lifetime guarantee and maintenance etc.

    Finally today I managed to take my family out and I brought the same chair with us including all its components and all I needed is a knot to fix it and tie up the bearings.
    The shop assistant took the chair without checking it out or any given receipts.
    A maintenance personnel took it from me and he told me that we don’t have these chairs or spare parts any more etc, trying to get into an argument and lots of undesired technicality with me for good 15 minuets and wasting our time for nothing.
    At the end I left my personal mobile number for them to be contacted as soon as they are done with the chair.

    A couple of hours later they called me and I went to collect it, and although I have given him the original black screw, I found a different type of a silver color screw and all the top of the back of my chair is full of deep scratches and the bearings is even looser than before.
    Which was very obvious that the worker who was dealing with the chair had set it on a hard surface and scratched it badly.

    When I confronted the sales man with the problems I’m facing he called the same technician and he said it was like this when he took it from me and he asked me in an arrogant manner “when did you by this thing”?

    I asked to speak to a supervisor or anyone in charge, some one came over and he waved his hand in a bad manner and he said wait. I did not know what I was supposed to wait for, and after I asked a sales lady she said to wait till the supervisor check out the tapes and see what happened.
    I asked how am I supposed to know what am I waiting for and for how long, and why I’m getting dealt with in a bad attitude from management and maintenance too, as if I have bought a stollen goods and not from a decent company.

    At that moment I decided to leave the shop to avoid further humiliation and they refused to give me a receipt as usual.
    On my way back home I called Home Center on +201066656139 and +201098884854 and after I finally got through someone there called Mahmoud kept insisting that I come back and take my chair and that it is all my fault furthermore no one is going to help me about this problem.

    In brief I would emphasize these points:
    * using different part with different color from the original one to fix the chair “without consulting me first”
    * work done unprofessionally as my chair was badly and deeply scratched
    *customer disrespect “they doubted what I have said treating me as if I was a liar. I mean why would I do that for a chair that doesn’t cost more than 50$!!!!!!”
    *Management bad attitude.

    I want to bring into your notice about serious product quality issue of modular kitchen which was installed at my house.

    Full Details:-
    Modular Kitchen was installed at my house on March 2018 and paid all amount as an advance on 28th Oct 2017 as per the invoice attached.
    It was told to me that the product has 3 years warranty and repair & service is free for life. But unfortunately, the product of doors are really awful and beyond our expectation. I am highly disappointed with the quality of the product which was installed at my house. I have purchased this product from Home centre Gurgaon from Mr.Manish Sharma(Sales Person) who has given me all fake commitments during this process.

    Sir/ Madam
    Yesterday ie 31st August 2021, I visited lifestyle at mantri mall for some purchases.
    I did purchase two trousers and visited home center for more. I purchased some cups and other things and went to the billing section. One person just entered the counter and I waited for him for more than 15 min, meanwhile I could hear he was asking for a GST bill and it took time I guess.
    One lady was waiting behind me and the next counter got vacant. The staff / cashier at the next counter instead of calling me who was the second in the queue called tbe lady behind me and billed her, still I was waiting ,once she was done I went to the counter and asked him when I was waiting second should u not call me instead u called the lady.
    He answered me rudely and said we don't see second or third , I said u should see that otherwise someone who is waiting for his turn is a fool or what, like wise the conversation carried and he got prepared to go physical on me where I used a swear word " nimma aaian " and continued to tell him not to be so rude, he also retorted and used the same word two three times and this is when I came back and asked for the manager. If he hadn't shown so much of aggression I wouldn't have used that word, for someone who is familiar with kannada will know its not a very bad word, however I shouldn't have used but his body language proved me and I asked him are you a rowdy,please check the cc tv and u can see the assistant holding him when he tried to attack me.
    When I asked for the manager some gentle man with  spectacles came and introduced himself as manager and when I explained him the complete episode he agreed what the cashier initially  did was wrong but gave me a rebuff  that I shouldn't have used the swear word, I repeatedly told him I wouldn't have used but for his rudness and body language which clearly suggested a rowdy behavior he didn't give his ear. Instead he kept on saying the same thing and behaved very badly with me as if I had done some theft or something like that,
    he didn't show any signs of maturity and  colluded  with the cashier and spoke in a discourteous and impolite way,  At this point I realised both of them were ganging up against me and I left the place immediately.

    The manager told he ask enquired  other persons at the counter but he seemed to have come then only.
    Now the female cashier who was doing the GST bill took hell lot of a time and definitely she will support her colleague, the customer to whom the bill was being done will also support the  gent cashier because of whom I had to wait for my turn, so the manager was totally prejudiced and was unjust.
    I was taken aback by the attitude of those two staff and left the store as I didn't wanted to escalate the situation and moreover my wife and son were also there.

    Though this is a very trivial incident for anybody in his life of ups and downs but NOT for an esteem organization like lifestyle, for which I have always admired and a regular customer since it's inception.
    What bothered me is the attitude of the cashier and more that of the Manager who doesn't look like one, At the first place if he had not spoken rudely ( when I told him I have been waiting for the past 15 min he answered me even if it's half an hour I can't do anything) things would not have escalated and secondly the manager should have taken me to a private chamber and spoken instead of embarrassing me infront of other customers.
    Dear sir/ madam I would suggest one thing, please send your person and let him speak to my office staff, workers and flat owners whom I have sold as a builder or anybody and get a remark against me regarding my behaviour and record it secretly if required without their cognizance and show me, then I am readily willing to tell sorry for your people without any ego or please punish the cashier and the Manager for their bad behavior with the customer.
    Please also note both of them had not worn the masks which is mandatory and kindly see the cctv for their behavior.
    I don't known names but I am always ready to come in person if required.

    Hi..
    Purchased two products - lupin 3 Seater Sofa
    and Heritage Wardrob.
    Both are having a issues and defects in their product. Since last 2-3 month I am raising complain on toll free number as well as throu mail but this has not been taken care and my ticket always being closed without resolving an issue. Please look into it and do the needful at earliest to avoid any litigation later on because I will raise a complain in consumer forum for those harassment and worst product.

    Hi i had Purchased a Appolo Recliner and has got the delivery of the Product today. I was told that the Sofa will be Assembled in front of me, but i got a ready steady product, then i was promised a 5 years warranty on the product which now the customer care confirms is only 1 year after delivery of the product.

    i had before 2 days escalated the a issue wherein i was overcharged for Rs.2,300/- more for the same product when booked in the store, the CC said the Price Keeps on variying all the time. Hope less Services is been given by Home Centre. No Proper Information by the sales team No Proper Delivery of Product Nothing .
