INORDINATE DELAY IN DELIVERY OF ORDER NO 659574319312 FOR 4 NOS OF WARDROBES by SANJEEV KOUL:

Dear Sir ,
Order no 659574319312 for 4 nos of wardrobes was paid and confirmed on 8 th Nov and delivery was supposed to be on 20 Nov 2023.
However only one wardrobe has been delivered and there is no confirmation when the balance wardrobes will be delivered / assembled.
I have paid for this order already and now i am at the mercy of this organization when the products will be delivered / assembled.
Kindly update the status when the balance wardrobes will be delivered / assembled.
Kindly note that if the balance wardrobes are not delivered immediately , I shall be constrained to file a complaint with the consumer court of competent authority at your risk and cost and the same shall be detrimental to the reputation of your company.

Never buy from them...once they get your money you are at their mercy for delivery and assembly and they don't have even a chatbot for name of customer service.
