For both the items I had paid
Rs 47076 only.
The items were delivered at my home on 17 March 2020.
Evok being one of renowned companies dealing in House Furnitures, I did not inspect the store rather permitted the service provider to install it. Assuming that since the items belongs to one of the best companies, items would be excellent. However, During inspection of store the next day, I found both the items defective. I immediately informed of the defects noticed in stores to Sh Arun and Sh Amar, both being staffs in Coys as mentioned above besides submission of defective pieces photos on their whatsapp number.
Taking the note of my complaint, a staff namely Anil reported my house and inspected the stores. He too found the defects in items and conveyed the same to the concerned dealers that is Sh Arun and Sh Amar of Somany Home Innovation lucknow.
Since the lock down is underway, I want that both items being defective pieces be replaced soon after the lock down is lifted.
The assurance too have been given by Sh.Arun and Sh Amar that they would be replaying items just after the locked down is lifted.
To avoid inconvienience to self, I comprehend that the mention grievances of self would be addressed by the Company very soon.
