Hi
I regularly purchase color plus shirts and pants but last when I purchased 4 pants from your company store at sakinaka all the pants have faded, when I spoke to the store incharge he was like cotton pants ka color fade hota he hai humane bhi khaki volorki pahanke rakhi hai ye bhi fade ho gaya hai.
If your cotton pants really get fade then what's the point in buying it.
The store incharge are not supportive at all
If my problem is not resolved I will surely complain to the consumer forum

Purchased 15days ago a huddie in which I'm facing colour fading issue. by Nitin:

I bought a huddie and a jacket on 21Jan2024 from colour plus outlet which is in Venice Mall Greater Noida of rupees 3200 approx. Now I'm facing a colour fading issue in hoodie so I went to store and asked them to replace as this may a manufacturing issue but manager told me to wait for 10 days and they will ask their senior manager. It's being 15 days but I haven't received any call or message from there end. I would request you to look into this and get this resolved.
