I Kamla Devi w/o Late Ratan Singh want to convey that my husband was expired on 2nd May,2021. He got his vehicle Eicher 30.16 financed through your "Citi Corp Finance India Ltd." branch Kanpur Nagar.The vehicle no.is UP78FT-8795 and loan no.is LL5-YR8-5023351. I have deposited all the remaining installments.at proper time.
I went to your office at Kanpur branch from last six months .I went multiple times but the staff members of your office did not listen to me .Even,they did not take any single steps regarding my request.
I only want you to please take my request seriously i.e.(transfer the name of the vehicle to my name (Kamla Devi). Please take some strict actions regarding this .I am very disappointed from the behaviour of your staff members of your office at Kanpur branch after visiting to your branch so many times.
