Mai Prabhat Kumar muzaffarpur Cinepolis se kya company ka rul niyam yehi hai ki 45 Din ke baad fnf ka paisa aayega jab company ye baat kehti hai to kyo nahi aaya fnf ka money 70 Din se adhik ho gaya but koi Paisa nahi aaya

I booked 7ticket on 2nd of september.i used payment mode as UPI through credit card but it took some time and payment got debited from my card but ticket counter person told me that it got failed so I gave him cash but when I asked my bank about the money they said it is successful .so where is my money.
