I purchased one TVS zest two wheeler on 10/02/2018@ BALAMURUGAN MOTORS ,VELLORE.your AMCO battery failure within 13 months. this probelem I informed in star TVS, kalpakkam, the people told to me amco bateery warranty is noy valid more one year. what is the reason for drain the battery.

Having issue TVS scotty battery not functioning at all there have more then a year to complete the warranty. While asked shop he verified and said its gone bad but now a days company closed so no replacement.
Is the company closed so sale and replacement in guarantee period.
Could you please help here. If i will not get respond then it can assume company is no more and everybody fallow the same and not go for purchase and replacement to shop from now.
