I bought a pair of wedges comfort wear foot wear from barielly ,that time the sale was only in selective item ,so I bought this article seeing the comfort wear
But 2nd day of wearing the fabric on the strap came out n other one developed crack
The local cobbler said this fabric cannot be pasted n it’s beyond repair
I informed the store on phone ,since I was out of station because of my work
Now on contacting the store person ,he is asking for the bill ,although the sale product is showing on his computer …n only one piece of that item n colour was available that day
I don’t have the bill because u don’t purchase woodland for return n expect it to be a sturdy product
I would request you to look into this matter urgently ,either repair ,provide me a new pair or refund what ever suites you

But one thing should be made sure before putting it on the shelf for sale that it should have life for at least one season ,otherwise that product should be discarded

I ordered shoes on 27th dec and size was not appropriate. Since 27th December i am calling them continuously and no response.. always saying within 24-72 hrs your complaint will be solved. Still nothing happened. Worst service ever. Boycott this company. Woodland is worst.
