Complaint about a dairy shop owner at booth 12960 by Abhishek Rajput:

The shop owner is ill-tempered and often misbehaves with the customers. He is rude and impatient. He does not sell loose milk unless we buy some other item from him. He takes advantage of the fact that there is no other dairy shop nearby. He also supplies loose milk to the nearby stores due to which there is not enough milk left for the customers. When I learned about the problem, I contacted the area incharge Rohan. He paid no attention to this issue and the situation remained unsolved. I complained again but he said that the shop owner has the permit to sell other items as the shop has been partitioned. But when we inquired at the Patparganj mother dairy association, we learned that even parting the dairy does not allow the owner to sell anything at the shop other than dairy products. When I talked to the area incharge about it, he tried to bribe and settle the case for money. It is not only me but many other customers have also complained about the shop owner for misbehave and ill treatment.

Dear Madam / Sir
This is a complaint regarding mother dairy booth no 357 located at Gopal Malik Park Subhadra Colony Delhi opposite Shastri Nagar.
The behavior of this booth employee is getting worst day by day. He manipulates and decrease the quantity of milk every time for one liter Machine.
He had altered the machine setting for one litter milk when we ask for 7 litter milk, he press 7 button but every time he entered machine back side and change some setting to decrease the milk quantity every time
When I checked milk quantity at home, I shocked as it was only 6 or 6.250 Litter aprox. 0.750 Litter milk was less and its daily routine.
When I complaint to him, he misbehave with me an threaten me
You are requested please take action against booth owner and his son as soon as possible

Dear all,
I am shopkeeper at Jabalpur ( M.P).
I am selling your milk products.
Ur delivery persons are not giving matha as per requirements.
Currently they are saying matha price is increased from 9 to 9.5/- rs.
We have to use freezer and I have to pay electricity charges to cool matha. How it is possible only at 0.50 paisa margin on matha.
I am thinking you are not interested to increase selling of Ur products.
Pls reply me I am waiting for it.

Motherdairy is no longer motherdairy as it's was premium milk and dairy products suppliers .
It's losing its band name day by day due to very poor services and low quality standard products.
Sorry im writing based on experiences and used to buy its product from last 25 years but now it not up to standard as compare to other brands

Hi Sir/Mam,
My Name is Khalid Khan and on 16 aug 2022 i have purchased 4 Ltr. Toned milk in Ballabgarh mother dairy booth no - 959 in evening time and 16 aug almost 8-9pm this 4 ltr. milk curdling and i am also updating the mother dairy owner and she says many customers complain about this milk curdling matter and she already registered my complaint and after 3-4 days this (4Ltr.) milk return it. but till date no update and no action.
I am a regular customer in mother dairy products and many times face this issue but all time I ignore this. but this time is too much.
plz solve this and refund my money or 4 ltr milk and solve your product's quality. why customers purchase these defective products.
