From 5 days my wifi is not working and i did the complaint but they are not taking my complaint seriously and everyday making excuses that they will do it tomorrow and today they came and without solving the issue made the excuse that they will repair it day to day after tomorrow by saying tht their working hours are over.. Worst service I have ever seen, do not buy connect broadband. They do not respond. When you ask for disconnection they will keeps on calling you and will say why you want to disconnect and no one will respond to you . After sending mails they will say ok and asks to wait for next 30 days for settlement. Worst and Fraud broadband. Do not go for it.

I, user of connect broadband services has complained about the wifi, i.e not working since 24 hours. I called my service provider yesterday and they said that they will come and do the needful. But they didn't came.Today also i called them, again same reply that they'll come after 3 pm and get the things sorted..
Kindly look into this as i am currently facing issues for studying, as tommorrow I have an examination of Btech (Cse)..

I been using connect broadband service from few months.But connect has disappointed totally in such a short time of span.Now from last 15 days my broadband is out of service and after continuously complaints to customer care with complaint no. 18768963 on 2nd Jan 2023 and even to some of your officials my service is not restored . Kindly restore the service as we are suffering a lot due to it. Connect doesn't take the customer Complaints seriously .
Its better to have some other broadband rather than connect .

I have broadband connection vide 0161-5052663 complaint was already registered, there is someone call me on last day regarding the same and promise to visit an hour to me, But 3 days has been passed, nobody visit to us, My business completely depends on Internet, Connect and all other companies never adjust one day late payment same day disconnect services, this is very shameful process for your company, I wants to disconnect my connection, pls stop my services immediate, sent me your charges, I'll pay.

Failure to provide service.
My internet is not working around 1 month and when I ask for waiver compony never gave or add additional or fake bills when i never pay bill for non-service. This is killing of customers rights and forcefully add additional bill on every month. Why not compony realize their own fault when they failure to provide service or when customer not pay bill then rescrict service or add bill continuosly how shameful when I realize these on this new Era.
