Dear Sir/Madam,
My son named Himanshu Yadav got admission in your institute for 1 year course in acting and we have already paid a sum of Rs. 135000/- but due to no value addition in class, he discontinued his classes since Nov. 2017. In this regard, he escalated with the faculty that sir we are freshers and we do not know how to walk and talk and the same was also happened with all the class students. I request you to please arrange to give me refund of the total fees paid amount at the earliest.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have made many requests as well as complaints regarding non-receipt of refund of fees amounting Rs. 135000/- which was deposited by me for my son. I am continuously writing to Mr. Niranjan who was contact person as came to know from your reception and met him as well. The behaviour of contact person is not responding to my calls and emails. Since last 5 months i am following for my refund and on 21st May 18, i had words with Mr. Niranjan, who assured me to refund a sum of Rs. 50000/- instead of Rs. 135000/-. I have very bad experience and hope, you must be aware that un-ethical way of getting money from students should not earned. The money, which was deposited was earned by their parents and the country is now moving toward transparency which is missing in your institute. I expect your intervention on the matter and i would like to inform you that i cannot afford this much amount to be wasted and will surely take it up with the utmost level if not resolved.
