Respected Sir/Madam
I want to inform you how the staff of Suzuki Motorcycle House
Chunniganj Kanpur works and how they disappoint the customers.
1. I had to gift a scooty to my younger brother on 3rd Feb 2023, the
day of my birthday, whose payment and all dues were cleared on 31st
January itself because I had a dream that the scooty should be
registered on 3rd Feb, the day of my birthday.
The staff of the showroom assured that the registration will be done
on the day of your birthday only, all your paper work has been
completed, don't worry.
After that, when I saw the papers of the scooty, its registration was
done on 4 Feb.
2. The second problem was when it came to get the number plates
installed, the showroom staff got the work done by unskilled workers.
That worker made my number plate 4 holes at one place due to which
the front look of the scooty started looking bad.

You are requested that this should not happen to anyone else.
Because nothing is bigger than someone's dream,
The customer who wants, if he is not from the company, then he should
be refused in advance.
You are requested to change my number plate and explain to the staff
of those showrooms not to do this to anyone again.
