Car Seizure Issue by Shafan Thumbe:

Hello Team,
My name is Shafan Thumbe, I'm drafting this email because I bought a car from Renault KWID on 31 Dec 2020. Earlier I used to work at Infosys Private Ltd, Bangalore and I Left my job back in Aug 2020 and I moved to UAE on NOV 2020. Hence i had no job i was able to make the payment towards the Car Loan EMI. I was in contact with the Collection Team through WhatsApp and I explained my situation and told them that once I get a job here in UAE I can start making the payment. But on 17 Dec 20220 some Goondas went to my Wife's place and they seized the car and they didn't give any intimation about the seizure or any contact details of the person who had taken the car. I Immediately contacted the Collection team and they said they will check and get back to me. But never got any positive response from them, also i spoke with a manager from the collection team but he was not at all concerned about the situation. It's been two weeks and whenever we contact the Showroom or the Collection Team they say they don't have any update on that. In this situation, whom do we contact to get the clarification? I had never experienced such poor service in my life, a pathetic customer service. and it looks like everyone knows where the car is, but no one is helping us.
