The worst experience faced in the Vashi branch of VLCC was my hair fall increased due to services not being provided on time as their doctors were not available at the time and changing frequently and the staff was also not calling back after rigorous calls from my side. They have charged the full amount and a lot of money in a one-shot and are irritating in giving the appointments on time, because of which hair loss is happening. There is a person named Laxmi to whom I contacted the most but was not able to give me an appointment because of the doctor's non-availability.
It's really disappointing as after spending a lot of money, VLCC Vashi is not providing services on time and hairfall is getting worse day by day.
