I booked for a refilling cylinder on 18th June 2015 over the phone (booking no. 316089). I did receive an sms the next day saying that the cash memo has been generated...cash memo no. 3000054121. I have still not received the refilled cylinder...today being the 29th of June.

I have book cylinder 7th July 15 but till date not received cylinder but SMS received your cylinder is deliver and subsidy amt receive in my bank account and also call to patuli Indane propritor Mr.Tarun babu but not solve the matter and also problem in delivery boy some time say Pintu is deliver and some time say Bapi is deliver and also his office staff lady say if cash memo is generated from office not responsible if customer received or not

I booked a refill on 27.9.15. Request reference no.900599. Refill deivered this afternoon against cash memo no. 3000133852 dt. 29.9.15. A little while ago I received a mail from Insane saying that the Request has been cancelled. Reason for cancellatio: Door Closed.
The matter should be investigated and settled.

I booked for a refilling cylinder on August 2016 through online (booking no. 901479). I did receive an reply on 06th September saying that the cash memo has been generated...cash memo no. 3000106495. I have still not received the refilled cylinder...today being the 26th of September 2016.
